At Fugazzi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been unsealed or sprayed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via the returns portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Secure the Fragrance
Carefully pack the unopened product in its original Fugazzi box and shipping carton to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the seal and confirms the item is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
